-3 years experience on both Desktop and Web based Applications with .NET Environment like C#, ASP.NET, Crystal Report, Jquery, Ajax.

-Sound Knowledge of Database Designing and SQL query in SQL Server 2005/2008.

-CSS slicing and Programming in other language like PHP will be an added advantage.

-Excellent Communication, Presentation and documentation is required.

-Must be a good team player and have capability to lead the team.
